    I am the Long Term Ventilation Practice Educator for Bristol children's hospital. I have worked at BCH for 14 years and always worked on the Medical ward and High Dependency Unit, initially as a Band 5 and then continued my career as a Band 6. My role is split and I continue to work 1 day a week on the ward which means that I am able to share up to date knowledge with both of my roles. 

    I have always enjoyed teaching and caring for patients on long term ventilation and I am now able to combine them.  I am looking forward to further developing the education provision for BCH and hopefully across the South West region.

    Outside of work I enjoy going for long walks by the coast and getting lost in a good book.
