    I support the clinical practice experience,  education and professional development of learner nursing staff, particularly those undertaking Student Nursing Associate (SNA) and Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice (RNDA) programmes at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children(BRHC).
    I have developed and deliver “Paediatric Perspective” study events to support learning of these individuals as well as provide opportunity for clinical supervision and practice placement support on a one:one basis, as needed.
    I work with the rest of the Band 2 to 4 team within the Faculty of Children’s Nurse Education to support learners, their line managers, practice assessors and practice supervisors.
     
    I love being in the fresh air, particularly pottering in my garden or at the allotment.
